Our Mission

It is the mission of the Department of Parks and Public Buildings to enhance the quality of life in our community by providing the citizens and visitors of Valley Center with quality parks, public tree infrastructure, buildings & facilities and recreational spaces.

Service Description

The Department of Parks & Public Buildings is responsible for the management and maintenance of all park properties, public buildings and facilities, municipal swimming pool, municipal cemetery and city forestry operations.
